The lift lobby

The lift, the leak, the light. Sent to the right person.

A resident takes a photo of the problem and picks a category. The complaint goes straight to the plumber, electrician, lift vendor or housekeeping lead, with a deadline. The committee sees what is open, what is late and how residents rated the fix.

How it works

Three steps, every day, without anyone chasing.

  1. 01

    Resident raises it

Category, a photo and a line of description. Common area or inside the flat.

  2. 02

    Routed and timed

The right staff member or vendor gets it with a deadline. Late tickets escalate to the facility manager, then the committee.

  3. 03

    Fixed and rated

Staff add a closing photo. The resident confirms and rates. Repeat issues are flagged.

Inside Complaint Tracker

Built around how Indian societies actually run.

Before and after photos

Every ticket keeps the resident's photo and the staff's closing photo.

Deadlines by category

Four hours for a stuck lift, one day for a corridor light. You set the clock.

Staff and vendors

In-house staff use the staff app. Vendors get a simple link, no app needed.

Resident ratings

A one-tap rating on every closed ticket, rolled up by staff, vendor and category.

Common area complaints

One complaint about the gym AC, many residents can follow it instead of filing ten.

Committee reports

Open, late and repeat complaints by tower and category for the monthly meeting.

Do vendors need to install anything?

No. Vendors receive a link by SMS or email where they can update status and upload the closing photo.

Can complaints be private?

Yes. Complaints about a neighbour or a staff member can be marked private and go only to the committee.
